The monograph contains a comprehensive study of the real economy and the legal mechanisms for its regulation in Russia. The book undertakes an economic and legal analysis of the structure of the real economy and explains the role of law, first of all business law, in the system of the country’s steady development. The legal regulation of particular types of economic activities is reviewed.
